Director/Senior Director, Business Development

Position Summary
All of Denovo’s assets are in-licensed or acquired, so this role is essential in continuing to feed Denovo’s pipeline with new assets. This role will scout for, conduct initial diligence, and manage full diligence of potential assets for in-licensing/acquisition. Additionally, this role will conduct financial analyses and modeling to understand the potential value of the assets to Denovo and support the negotiation strategy. He/she will participate in the structuring and conduct of negotiations for these assets. For assets identified for out-licensing, this role will identify appropriate partners, contact, and lead due diligence activities and participate in negotiations. This role will report to the CBO.

Senior Data Manager/Manager, Data Management

Position Summary
The Senior Data Manager/Manager, Data Management will lead and coordinate data management activities for multiple assigned projects within Denovo. This position has oversight of activities leading to the final delivery of clean, QC’d clinical data for the purpose of clinical study reports and publications, including submission to regulatory agencies. This position provides technical and operational expertise to the Denovo project teams under the guidance of the Senior Director, Data Management and will work together to define end to end processes and procedures for the set-up, collection, and management of clinical data.

Position Summary
The Associate Director/Director of GMP QA is responsible for developing strategy and managing activities involving GMP quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements; development and implementation of Quality Assurance policies and procedures to ensure quality standards in compliance with relevant regulatory and quality guidelines for Good Manufacturing Practices. Position Summary
The Bioinformatics Scientist/Sr Bioinformatics Scientist will catalyze computational analysis of large volumes of genomic and clinical data with the aim of developing precision medicine approaches for the rescue of drugs that have failed late stage clinical trials. This individual will play a key scientific role leveraging innovative computational analysis strategies and a wide range of data sources to discover novel clinical biomarkers to improve therapeutic outcomes in complex diseases of unmet medical need with specific focus on the identification of genetic biomarkers that relate to disease subgroups and therapeutic response.
